Once the sale has been launched, we will handle all enquires and have an NDA in place before releasing any sensitive information to prospective buyers. We will facilitate and assist with the negotiation process, draft the sale agreement and handle all deposits payments.

The Traditional Package

Clients will receive our full service offering including:

  • Assisting with negotiations
  • Conducting credit checks and submitting an offer to purchase on behalf of qualified buyers
  • Drafting the sale agreement
  • Collecting relevant FICA documents from the buyer
  • Facilitating the payment of deposit
  • Handover to the buyer

A broker will be available to attend all in person site viewings and meetings. Standard SAPOA commission rates apply.

The Virtual Package

Clients will receive our full service offering including:

  • Preparing all the marketing material for your business and launching it to market
  • Handling all enquiries
  • Setting up and facilitating viewings
  • Answering buyer questions
  • Assisting with negotiations
  • Conducting credit checks and submitting an offer to purchase on behalf of qualified buyers
  • Drafting the sale agreement
  • Collecting relevant FICA documents from the buyer
  • Facilitating the payment of deposit
  • Handover to the buyer

All interactions will be virtual in nature and conducted either over the phone, video calls and email. Commission fees will be calculated based on 5% of the gross selling price.
